Two months. One goal. Build anticipation before a single cup is poured.
Timothy Pigeon had a brand, a concept, and a launch window. He needed a two-month hype machine — not a holding page.
Mr Pigeon Coffee is a PCB coffee brand with a clear personality: loud, local, unapologetically itself. The pre-launch brief was simple in theory and demanding in execution — build something that makes people feel like they're already missing out, before the doors open.
We built the hype site with a full backend: Cloudflare Workers handling form ingestion, Airtable capturing the waitlist, Resend firing automated confirmation emails. The waitlist isn't just a list — it's a pre-built audience for the launch moment. Every sign-up is a confirmation that the brand is landing.
The full site is now in production. The waitlist is live. The launch is coming.
From a brand-new name to a fully launched coffee business — selling online from day one.
Not a holding page. A deliberate brand statement — personality, atmosphere, and a single clear action. Sign up. Be first. The design creates urgency without manufactured scarcity.
Cloudflare Workers backend, Airtable waitlist, Resend email automation. Every sign-up is captured, confirmed, and stored. The list is a launch asset, not just a number.
Mr Pigeon has a distinct voice — irreverent, local, confident. The site carries that from the first word to the last. It doesn't sound like a coffee brand. It sounds like Mr Pigeon.
The hype site did its job. The full site — now in production — extends the brand into a complete digital presence built for the long haul: menu, story, locations, and a booking experience for events.
We take a small number of new clients each quarter.
