Seventh Avenue Media is a sole-proprietor web design studio operated by Greg Howard, based in Panama City Beach, Florida, USA ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is seventhavenuemedia.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate this website:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, and the message you send us. Nothing is collected without you actively submitting the form.
• Analytics data: Aggregate, anonymised usage data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (see Cookies & analytics).
• Server logs: Standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. These are retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not collect payment information (all payments are handled via third-party invoicing tools), and we do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry or project brief
• Follow up on active client projects
• Understand how the website is being used so we can improve it

We do not use your information for automated marketing, retargeting, or any form of profiling. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not share data with third parties. It collects aggregate, anonymised pageview data to help us understand which pages are useful.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or retargeting trackers on this website.

Because Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, you will not see a cookie consent banner on this site. There is nothing to consent to.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop.

We may share data only in the following narrow circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and may use email tools (Resend) for transactional responses. These providers process data only as instructed by us and under data processing agreements.
• Legal obligation: If required by law, court order, or legitimate government request, we will comply and notify you where legally permitted to do so.

6. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for the duration of any active client relationship, and for up to 3 years thereafter for general business record purposes.

Server logs are rotated and purged within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

• Objection: Object to our processing of your data.
• California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

This website is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) via Cloudflare, which provides DDoS protection, WAF, and edge-level security. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely.

No system is impenetrable. We use a static site architecture (no CMS, no database, no login surface) which significantly reduces the attack surface compared to traditional website platforms. If you become aware of a security issue, please notify us immediately at sam@seventhavenuemedia.com.

9. Third-party links

This website links to client websites and external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies separately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change or as required by law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance.

We will not make this policy more restrictive without providing reasonable notice.
